Our goal is to restore your mobility, keep you moving and ensure your rehabilitation is effective, efficient and stress-free.

Exercise Programs

Holt physiotherapy provides you with clear instruction and printed or electronic access to your exercise programs. We also provide waterproof copies of hydrotherapy programs.

Self-funded NDIS   and DVA are welcome!

Treatment and Therapy

Treatment & Therapy forms an integral part of our approach to treating the whole body, not just a complaint in isolation. This service is fundamental to ensuring our patients’ long-term health and wellness.

Our Clients

At Holt Physiotherapy, we value all of our clients. We are committed to provide our services with care, compassion and positive results.

  • Workers Compensation: Our quality services include exercise prescription, manual therapies, braces and monitoring duties at work to help you recover quicker and return to full function. Please ensure you have a claim number and initial appointment approval from your insurer.

  • Chronic disease management plans: Your General Practitioner (GP) can refer you for treatment of chronic conditions. The gap payment is $30. This plan may be accessed every calendar year for up to 4 treatments.

  • Veteran affairs/​​​​​​​​​​​​​DVA We are registered providers. Your General Practitioner (GP) can provide a referral for services.

  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS): self-funded clients are welcome.

Telehealth Consultations

If you can't get to us, we offer a range of telehealth consultations to discuss care and treatment options over the telephone.

At Holt Physiotherapy we take the time to understand the root of your problem in order to provide the best and most effective treatment. Through our years of experience, we’ve found that Continued Care is a crucial part of the recovery process.

Hip and Knee Osteoarthritis

Our small individualised group sessions target arthritis in the hips and knees. Research from the GLA:D® program in Australia shows an average pain reduction of 36%, reduced analgesic consumption, reduction in perceived need for surgery, and clinically meaningful improvement in joint confidence.
